United is making it easier for you to quickly access your travel information—wherever you are.
There are four different ways to access information:
- From your web-enabled wireless device, visit www.ua2go.com.
- Download one of United’s wireless application solutions to your handheld smartphone or PDA. Downloads are available for Blackberry, Pocket PC, Palm and AvantGo.
- Register for AvantGo.
- Register for United's EasyUpdateSM flight notification and receive automatic notification of your flight information—including departure times and gate locations—on an ongoing basis.
Using your internet-enabled wireless or handheld device, you can access the following information:
- Flight status*—Review up-to-the-minute flight departure/arrival status including times and gate numbers.
- Flight availability*—View availability on domestic and international flights up to 331 days in advance for United flights.
- My itineraries*—View your booked and upcoming United Airlines and United Express flight details.
- Flight schedules—View scheduled daily departure/arrival times and flight numbers by location for United flights.
- Mileage Plus summary*—View a summary of your Mileage Plus account status including miles earned/redeemed, membership status and Mileage Plus special offers.
- Flight paging*—At your request, United can e-mail you a one-time reminder of your upcoming flight details and notify you in the event of a schedule or gate change.
- Red Carpet Club locations*—View Red Carpet Club information including location, hours and phone numbers.
- Airport codes*—Search for correct airport codes and corresponding city names.
- Contact United*—Review a list of toll-free United customer service phone numbers.
